The N.W.T. Communities Services Corporation owns and manages quality residential and commercial space located in Northern United Place, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. We are the largest non-profit housing provider in Yellowknife and income for our operations comes from our tenants, both commercial and residential. This revenue is used to offset rents and keep them affordable for tenants. 

We play an important role in providing affordable housing in Yellowknife and are pleased to do so without any core government funding. A volunteer Board of Directors provides direction and oversight to the Corporation, and one full-time Executive Director oversees the daily operations of the building.
