- No, we do not allow pets in the building.
Q. How do I qualify for a unit?
- You must make less than $45,000 per year in gross income. We only offer bachelor and one-bedroom units, so no more than three people can occupy a unit.

- Once all information is received, your application will be processed within three business days. If you qualify, you will be placed on our waiting list or offered a unit if available.

- The time you spend on a waitlist can vary. On average, people wait six months before being offered a unit.

- We are open from 9:00 a.m. to Noon and again from 1:30 to 4:30. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
