Q.    Are pets allowed in my unit?

• No, we do not allow pets in the building.

Q.     How do I qualify for a unit? 

• You must make less than $45,000 per year in gross income. We only offer bachelor and one-bedroom units, so no more than three people can occupy a unit.

Q.     How long is the term on the lease agreement? 

• One year.
   

Q.     How long will it take to process my rental application?

• Once all information is received, your application will be processed. If you qualify, you will be placed on our waiting list or offered a unit if available.
  

Q.    How long is the waitlist for a unit? 

• On average, people wait one year before being offered a unit.

Q.    Are the units furnished?

• No.

Q.     Do I need tenants’ insurance? 

• Yes, we require proof of tenant liability insurance before being given the keys to your Unit. 

Q.     Where are you located? 

• We are located in downtown Yellowknife at 5004 54th Street.

Q.     What are your office hours? 

• We are open from 9:00 a.m. to Noon and again from 1:30 to 4:30. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
