We offer bachelor and one-bedroom units in a convenient downtown Yellowknife location.  

The apartment building location is 5004 - 54 Street.

Application Process

• · Any person or family making less than $52,000 per year can apply for an apartment. Rent is based on 30% of the gross income of the person(s) occupying the apartment.
• · Complete and submit an application and any supporting documentation to the NWT Community Services Corporation. Applications will be reviewed, and successful applicants will be advised if a unit is available for rent. Alternatively, you may be placed on a waiting list.

Once tenants earn $70,000 or more, they are asked to find housing in the Yellowknife market.
