We offer bachelor and one-bedroom units in a convenient downtown Yellowknife location.  

The apartment building location is 5004 - 54 Street.

Application Process

• Any person or family making less than $60,000 per year can apply for an apartment. 
• Complete and submit an application and any supporting documentation to the NWT Community Services Corporation. Applications will be reviewed, and successful applicants will be advised if a unit is available for rent. Alternatively, you may be placed on a waiting list. 

Completed applications can be submitted in the following ways:

Once tenants earn $85,000 or more, they are asked to find housing in the Yellowknife market.
